Mr Budi Susanto, aged 58, Indonesian nationality. Appointed as President Commisioner based on the Resolutions of the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders on November 26th, 2024.

He finished his formal education in Bengkalis, Riau in 1982.

Started his career and started PT Sinarbaru Wijaya Perkasa in 1994 as President Director until now. Besides he was also appointed as Director of PT Sinar Unggul Internasional ( 2013 – present), President Director of PT Karya Samudera Nusantara (2022 – present), and President Commissioner of PT Internasional Prima Coal (2023 – present).

Mr. Yanto Melati, aged 44, Indonesian nationality. Appointed as Commissioner based on the Resolutions of the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders on November 26th, 2024.

He obtained a Diploma in Business Administration from Deanza College, California in 2003 and Bachelor of Business Management from San Jose States University, California at 2005.

Started his career as Director PT Trivesta Polymas Perkasa (2007 – 2011), Managing Director PT Geo Energy Coalindo (2011 – 2015), Commissioner PT Nawa Energy Suksestama (2018 – present), President Commissioner PT Wani Resources Indonesia (2021 – present), President Commissioner PT Fortune Borneo Resources (2021 – present).

Mr. Ong Beng Chye, aged 56, Singapore nationality. Appointed as Independent Commissioner based on the Resolutions of the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders on November 26th, 2024.

He obtained a Bachelor of Science (Economics) (Honours) from the City, University of London at 1990. Certified Fellow Institute of Chartered Accountants at England & Wales, Chartered Financial Analysis from CFA Institute, Non-practicing Chartered Accountant from The Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountant.
